Shipping, exchanges and returns
Delivery time
- We try to have stock but we can’t always, so we work to keep the preparation time as short as possible. Saona jewelry is handmade one by one, so we have a margin of 1 to 10 working days to place the order.
- We prepare the shipment the next working day after the order is ready and we will notify you.
- If you want to make a custom order, the processing time is from 5 to 15 days, which can be extended depending on the difficulty of the order.
Shipping time
- To the preparation time we have to add the shipping time. We ship worldwide.
- Standard delivery time is 48/72 hours, once the order has been processed by the courier company. When your order is processed, you will be notified and you will be able to follow up.
Shipping and handling
- Nationals: 4€.
- Europe and rest of the world: 10€.
- We are not responsible for delays or loss of packages but for any incident write to us and we will gladly help you in any way we can.
Returns and exchanges
We want our pieces to fit you, so you have 15 calendar days to make changes and returns once you have received your order.
To make them, write to us and we will manage any change or return.
The order must be returned by a courier system with which we can track the package (any courier with a tracking record). Shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
